In order to officially register for the reunion, please complete and submit the following form. The cost of the reunion festivities is as follows

Each adult registration includes a souvenier t-shirt and mug, the Friday evening reception and the Saturday evening banquet.

If you register for the event and find out you are unable to attend, please notify us by June 1, 2011 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations after June 1st may affect refund amounts due to contractual obligations to the hotel and catering.
