****Please note that if you have note sent in your payment for the reunion you must do so now so that the committee has an accurate count to order t-shirts and food for the banquet!****

In order to officially register for the reunion, please complete and submit the following form. The cost of the reunion festivities is USD 150.00

The price includes a Friday night welcome party with finger foods and drinks, a Saturday night banquet with a band, and a souvenir t-shirt. After submitting the form please send a check in the appropriate amount to:
